CONFIDENTIALITY
We adhere to HIPAA regulations by providing a Business Associate Agreement regarding the confidential nature of required client's records and information. No client information or report is shared without the prior approval of the client.
When requested by our clients we execute non-disclosure letters regarding sensitive matters.
